The project aims to develop a bilingual (Malayalam and English) AI chatbot with two-way voice communication features for the eHealth portal. The chatbot should be designed as a plugin that can be seamlessly integrated into the eHealth portal. The AI Chatbot shall provide interactive online appointment booking, new patient registration, UHID registration, ABHA ID registration, information on government hospitals, information on pending payments and payment facilities, offers cancer and NCD screening details, educate on communicable and non-communicable diseases, and delivers comprehensive maternal and childcare advice.
