The detailed Scope of Work of this RFP envisages an end-to-end comprehensive solution for Audit Management Solution, Onsite and Offsite Monitoring System, which includes procurement of perpetual license & Supply, Installation, Implementation, Integration, Maintenance and support of the Solution and other components required, along with parameterization, historical data management, verifying data quality, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, knowledge transfer and support.The proposed solution should be scalable so as to support legacy applications, if any, used by the Bank or be capable of integrating the Bank’s other Projects in the future, as the Bank may go for up-gradation, at a later date.
