The selected startup shall be responsible for both of the following components:

•  Component A — Digital Survey: High-accuracy DGPS with CORS survey, drone survey and(where required) LiDAR survey of the five pilot parcels listed in Annexure II, including boundary demarcation, benchmark verification and generation of all survey deliverables.
•  Component B — Web-based GIS Land Asset Management Application: Design, development, deployment and handover of a centralized, role-based, GIS-enabled application (with a companion mobile app for field use) for management of KSEBL's land and associated electrical assets, built for future statewide expansion.
